The steel
Why VG10 Damascus?
Every Aiko blade has a precision-forged VG10 Japanese steel core wrapped in 67 layers of Damascus, so it takes a keen edge, holds it, and wears the feather pattern that makes it unmistakable.
-
67
Layers
Damascus steel folded around the core for strength, stain resistance and the feather pattern.
-
VG10
Japanese steel core
A high-carbon stainless steel prized for taking a fine edge and holding it.
-
N₂
Nitrogen-cooled
Cooled with nitrogen for extra hardness and flexibility, then hand-polished to a smooth edge.
-
Full
Tang
The steel runs right through the handle for balance, strength and control.

Die Messer Sind Sehr Sehr Scharf und Super Verarbeitet. Die Griffe Aus Holz und Epoxid Sehen Einfach Wunderschön Aus, οπότε ο Die Klingen Auch. Kann Ich Nur Weiterempfehlen!

Good to know
Which Aiko set should I choose?
The 3-piece set (8" chef, boning and utility knife) covers everyday cooking. Bake your own bread? The 4-piece adds the bread knife. The 5 and 6-piece sets add the santoku and cleaver, and the 9-piece is the whole range. Every set costs less than buying the knives separately.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
No. Hand wash and dry it straight after use to keep the edge sharp and the resin handle looking its best.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free worldwide on every order. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days; remote areas can take a little longer.
What if it’s not right for me?
You have 180 days to return it, as long as it's complete, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every Aiko knife is covered by our lifetime warranty.
Ready when you are
Bold red. Brilliant edge. Yours to keep.
